• To access the course content, you must create a user account by providing a valid email address and password.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Course Access and Use

• The online piano course and all its content are the property of Gima’s Piano and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your personal, non-commercial use.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the course materials.

Payments and Refunds

• Access to the online piano course is provided through a subscription-based model.
• Subscription fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable, except as provided by law.
• We reserve the right to change the subscription fees at any time, but we will provide you with notice of any price changes before they take effect.

Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the course at any time, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms of Service.
• You may also cancel your subscription at any time, but you will not receive a refund for the current subscription period.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

• The course materials are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
• We will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the course.
• Our total liability for any claims related to the course will not exceed the amount you have paid for your subscription.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state of California, USA.
• Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
