What's the difference between Monthly and Annual?
Both include everything in your plan. Monthly opens one level at a time — the next level unlocks when your child completes the current one. Annual unlocks every level immediately, so siblings at different stages can share one account and faster learners never wait.
What is the practice report?
After your child plays a song, the platform listens and builds a short parent-friendly report: what went well, which bars need work, and the exact lesson clip to review next — so you never have to guess how practice is going.
Do we need a piano at home?
A piano or a simple keyboard is all you need. A keyboard connected by USB cable gives the most accurate scoring, but the microphone works with any acoustic piano.
Can I cancel or switch plans?
Yes — cancel or switch any time from your account page. Your child's progress and reports stay saved, so you can pick up right where you left off.
