Common questions
What's the difference between Monthly and Annual?
Both include everything in your plan. Monthly opens one level at a time — the next level unlocks when your child completes the current one. Annual unlocks every level immediately, so faster learners never wait. Each child needs their own account, so their feedback stays about them.
What is the practice report?
After your child plays a song, the platform listens and builds a short parent-friendly report: what went well, which bars need work, and the exact lesson clip to review next — so you never have to guess how practice is going.
Is the feedback automatic or from a teacher?
Both plans include the performance quiz software: every song is scored automatically the moment your child finishes — right notes, rhythm and timing — with the bars that need work marked on the sheet. Premium adds a real teacher on top: a Zoom lesson every week with a teacher from Gima's studio, who gives feedback on what software can't hear, like phrasing, dynamics, hand shape and posture.
Do we need a piano at home?
A piano or a simple keyboard is all you need. A keyboard connected by USB cable gives the most accurate scoring, but the microphone works with any acoustic piano.
We have more than one child. Is there a family price?
Yes. Each child has their own account, so their feedback stays about them, and every additional child is $15 off every month (or $150 off every year) on any plan, for as long as the plan runs, up to four siblings. That is 30% of the Basic price; the teacher's time in Premium is always paid in full. Once your first plan is active, add the sibling from Family & discounts; the sibling price is applied at checkout. It replaces the founding offer for that child.
Is there a reward for practicing consistently?
Yes. A month with 12 or more practice days counts. After 3 counted months the plan is $2.50 off every month, after 6 months $5, after 12 months $7.50, and after 18 months $10 (ten times that on an annual plan), on top of any sibling price. It is counted at the start of each month and applied to the next bill. The discount stays as long as the plan keeps running; cancelling the plan resets the count to zero.
Can I cancel or switch plans?
Yes — cancel or switch any time from your account page. Your child's progress and reports stay saved, so you can pick up right where you left off. Cancelling resets any consistent-practice discount on that account.
